Ask why a quantity is 120, why September is higher than last year, or how much cash is sitting in overstock, and Alfred reasons from Forstock's own calculations, the same ones behind the Reorder and Demand Planning screens. Ask where something lives or how to do it, and Alfred searches the Forstock help center, gives you the steps, and names the article it used. New teammates stop asking the person who set Forstock up.

- 2Click Receive Items and enter the quantity received per line.
- 3Save. Received units move into stock; the remaining quantity stays on the PO as incoming.
- 4Sync to Shopify when you're ready. It's a switch per order.
Changes you review before they land.
Ask Alfred to exclude a product from planning, raise safety stock on a supplier's SKUs, move a promotion or update a lead time. It stages each change as a card, you confirm or discard, and only then does the plan recalculate. It never creates, edits or deletes anything on its own, and the forecast itself stays with the forecasting engine.
